and the financial advisors have gotten their first peak...Hence we see the stock moving up as they tell all their buddies to buy shares.   I also think they are now preparing the winning offer to present to the BOD for approval which should be meeting at the end of the month.  My guess we will hear something on Friday or Monday.  If not then we have a capital budget and reserve report to look foward to, and I don't think the bidders want that information put out because the price would go up.
