It looks like Manas essentially fired the IR firm they hired, but gave them 750,000 options. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/manas-petroleum-corporation-announces-grants-113000502.html 

Odd.  I suspect it is in response to the complaint of the guy on the call, but why have these guys at all.
