All the technical analysts are sceptical and shaking their heads at the recent increase in price and over-allotment option.  They still don't deny it will probably trade higher the first few days anyway.  When they compare it to Microsoft's IPO and it's 1300% appreciation, they place the valuation in the trillions. lol

IMO, it's really a poor comparison to Ortsbo because it's not really a new company at all.  They have done other private financings and Facebook is possibly over-valued already.  Linkdin's performance is what I hope Ortsbo to duplicate after their IPO.  Zinga has done fairly well since it's IPO, as well.  Ortsbo should be good for the 50% appreciation to it's warrant price of $10.50, IMO.
