My fellow shareholders,
I have patiently been waiting,as you, for our work permits. The LoO permit was issued some 50 days ago.
Both the LoO and the WP are RENEWALS of previous permits issued a few years back. There is really nothing new and really no reason why there should be such a delay....or is there a reason?
I have posted in past about a certain individual, who prior to joining the gov't mining div in Smithers was and possibly remains a consultant to Ascot. (the company that is currently trying to sell its agg deposit near HBK for aprox 14 million$.)
IMO, this individual is potentially in a serious conflict of interest. He very well could have shares in ascot, could still be consultaing for ascot ,I believe still owns a mining consult engineering business etc.
From where I sit this individual could be stalling HBK permit to enhance Ascot chances of selling their deposit prior to HBK going into production as well as a whole host of other senerios of conflict and so forth.
I suggest calls to Victoria (dept of mines and permitting) info here:
