marpal - You are not alone.  LCM is GWMG's main revenue source and it is like have a goose that laid the golden egg.  Kill the goose and what do you end up with, instead feed the goose now what do you get, more golden eggs and customers that want those eggs.  As to why no mention of the (SX) Separation Plant, answer is very simple, until the permitting is in place nothing can be announced, refer to previous news releases.  Permit announcing deadline either Nov. 28, 2012 or Dec. 11, 2012.  then we will get all sorts of Separation Plant updates.
