BBQ, I hope wwwater will also answer, I'm just jumping in here with a supposition.  Perhaps, just perhaps, LCM, through GW's recent JV partnership with GQD, now has an inside track to acquiring separated REE materials to feed the strip casting furnace to significant or even production capacity until GWGQD can take up the slack.  Maybe that was part of the deal.....It just seems reasonable to me, if I were negotiating with GQD.
