Mr. Milan Mezihorak is Independent Director of Goldex Resources Corp. Mr. Mezihorak is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in engineering and management of various projects around the world, including metallurgy and mineral processing, pulp and paper and oil sands development. Mr. Mezhiorak has served on the board of numerous public resource corporations and, since 1979, has held the position of Senior Cost Engineer at AMEC focused on development of Alberta’s tar sands. Mr. Mezihorak holds an MA in Industrial Management and Economics from the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
