Motley   Fool    folks   release their  first  article   about   the   Canadian  oil   players  (ARN,  SCS   etc. )   and  they   talk   about   the "Enbridge  Pill" and how it will help narrow the differential between  WTI and Edmonton. Eventually  the Canadian  oil players will benefir  much  from  Seaway  and Light OIl Access  Program:
