If you recall from the purchase of Teledata, there were approximately 50 million shares owned by 2 large funds.  There was a stipulation that for the first 6 months, they could not sell any of these shares.  I believe late last year and starting this year, you are now starting to see these 2 funds unload their shares. This is putting huge selling pressure on the stock.  What you saw today was a great sign in that they were able to establish a cross for over 8 million shares.  The difficulty lies in finding the buyer and agreeing to a purchase price...
