Just my opinion........but I'm guessing we see another drilling rig added and the addition of the 3rd phase of drilling at Bruner that was to end Nov 30/12.  This is a great sign to see a company of Hecla's size take a substantial stake and may have been the reason a lid was kept on SP.  Between The Resource Fund,Hecla and Management....50% of the shares are now tied up.....retail will have to fight for the remainning 50%.  Blackout should be lifted shortly and results to follow. Buckle Up!!!!!
