Post 2008 low CNQ rallied to a peak during the week of March 7, 2011 after which we declined to the lows of last year. Since that peak CNQ has challenged the downtrend this downtrend line twice prior to last week when it was challenged again. We sold of when we came up against the line last week but buying came in and we are doing it again. Prior attempts were also two week affairs like this time. Point is, it's nut cutting time again, these events are significant are a break of this downtrend in the stock is all about exceeding this line which for this week is around $31.20(U.S.).
