And then they seemed to be loading up at .40 again at the end.  Does this surprise you?  Of course this one is going to be volatile.  Probably for the next few weeks.  I'd expect at minimum 10% swings every day until the financing shortfall issue is settled.

Still have my fingers crossed that the Koreans buy another 10% of the project to cover the extra cost.  But we won't know if that is happening for at least another 10 days.  Until then, expect this kind of extreme volatility daily.
