If this is the new standard for what the streamers and royalty companies will pay for gold production I think there will be a mania in the gold mine developers. I mean, look at Victoria for example, expecting to produce above 300 k oz/year with a 40 m market cap (80 - 40 cash at hand), if they were to be valued as high as what SLW payed for 100 k oz/year this stock would be trading at a 6 billion dollar market cap i.e $18 per share. And that is without counting the 10 million in warrants SLW payed as well worth about 800 million if they are in the money.
