Given the high density of rocket scientists " contributing"  to this Alderon message board, it's surprising that there has been no mention of recent downward movement in the valuation of the Canadian Dollar.  Hubei must be aware that its money will buy more Canadian dollars than it would have bought when the Feasiblity Study was released.  It is reasonable to expect that Hubei will make an educated guess as to when to convert their 120 Million , whether from US Dollars or Yuan, to take advantage of this recent forex momentum.
