Now a major will seriously look at Keegan.  no way they would have bought them up with this hanging over their head.  THEir SH's would have fliped.  They indicated, KGN, that if a suitor came to them they would settle this claim.  well they did, so im sure they are ready to make a deal.   The fact that they didn't go to court and play this out is a big deal IMO.  they weren't going to settle wtih this one person.  I really think this is big news..
