My guess is cash conservation.  I also appreciate the lack of share dilution.  Your comment that the next 2 months should be interesting is an understatement in my opinion.  

There could be enough news in the pipeline to limit the Company's and Insiders ability to purchase.  

Once the BFS hits the street the rest may fall in place with in days or weeks.  I could see the Chinese and Indians take half of the production on terms favorable to Allana.  It is very possible the production from this mine is for all intents spoken for.  How soon will we see 2MT per year output?  That is the big question!
