Is there someone out there who can keep a running tally of the minority shares held and the average price expected?

Does anything have knowledge of where Sprott, and other institutional holders likely stand in all this? If memory serves as to the holdings of some of the larger minority shareholders, Chris Charlwood is on record, or was, as having about 7 M shares that he likely won't want to part with at the offer level, although I'd better let him speak for himself.
