I like conspiracy theory Cog, and your right the big players will think for themselves just look at what happened to our stock price a day after the BCSC inquiry. (+28%) 

There is a capped resource number that is in one of the appendicies the BCSC has been given yet. It is in the final report....so scratch concern (ii) off the BCSC list of concerns.  In most all resource reports there are 'uncut' and cut' capped' estimates with differeing levels of economic cut-offs...this one will be no exception I'm sure.

Of course Frank led with the 2 highest numbers..as he is a salesman ...I just wish he would have left the geological potential number out of the NR.  I also dont think he had the cut' number as well...but I'm am not sure...alot of rumour and spec. out there. Let's not forgot Frank was under alot of heat to release this number ,and not overpromise/underdeliver....so I understand him not overpromoting in the lead up...and I understand why he issued the press release basically saying "what I believed for over 15 years is correct, were all gonna be rich, lets go celebrate , get the he** off my back"   lol

I believe the geologist gave him the numbers he calculated and  believes in...and Frank issued the N.R. ,,,end of story.....
