How would a suit like this work if we, the shareholders initiate it?  Could we get an attorney to represent shareholders?  Attorney's get 1/3, so would whatever is retrieved from the defendant be split with the company 2/3 and 1/3.  Most attornies will take a strong case with no money down based on the propects of success.

Does anyone have access to this type of attorney who could review the case?  I think it is worth pursuing as there would be no costs involved and if there were, I am sure many would contribure...including me for sure.
