I think that's probably true (RE: other companies).  OPEL is in the rare position of having absolutely nothing tangible of value today, but the amazing potential to make a great deal of money upon sealing a deal for POET tomorrow.

Closing the PP is a good thing since they will theoretically have cash to settle up any draw downs before having to turn over the IP to TCA.
