Yeah it's interesting, I saw this the day it was released via google alerts. Who knows, I'm so demoralized at this point that I don't believe anything I read. I'm sure Nortel had a couple military contracts too...in the end I'm having a hard time seeing who will give us financing to carry forward, and at what cost, imagine the dilution at 2 cents even if we did get some cash. 

From what I remember the JV was going to bring 8-10 million in the first year, who knows how much profit is in that figure. Not holding my breath here, no communications to shareholders, nothing. This is pretty much a disaster right now.
