(TSX VENTURE:SOX) ("Solex" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that very encouraging high grade uranium values (in excess of 1%U) over significant widths (4 metres) were obtained from channel sampling in three trenches at the Macusani uranium project (Sayana target), South-eastern Peru. A total of 10 trenches, totaling approximately 500 metres, were hand dug over a distance of 150 metres north-south. The trenches did not reach bedrock over the entire length because of the nature of the overburden. Results from the other 7 trenches will be released on receipt. Frontier Pacific Mining Corporation ("Frontier Pacific") is earning a 50% interest in the 50,000 hectare Macusani project by spending US$4 million over 5 years.
