Solar play BSRC-moved up 30%

PS inundated us with some spam...but interesting nonetheless...BSRC a small solar play at $1.02...has a $1.30something PPS target upgrade on it. Here is there bullish commentary on the solar sector however overall from the firm that covers small OTCBB (wasteland) stocks.
