As TransAlta and MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co partner to develop Gas power in Canada, this should give TA a nice increase in share price as this one has been beat to the bone due to coal firing power.

TA was up nice yesterday yesterday and trading under 15 dollars last week and now 15.70 range.
