Capstone Mining Corp. CS, has an enviable cash position of $489.3 million (end of Q2/12), access to $200mm in available credit and has formed a partnership with KORES to fund the Santo Domingo Cu-Fe project in Chile.

Capstone continues to deliver solid operating results and enviable profit margins at each of its two mines. In our view, Capstone offers the best risk-to-reward situation within the junior base metal space.

Target $4.50
