Netco Silver (NEI) has broken above it's 30 day moving average today on no news, with some volume, something I've been waiting for.  NEI is a highly under-rated, under-promoted pure silver play with a flagship high grade silver project in Argentina.  Silver has been on a tear lately, moving from $27 to nearly $34/oz in the past 60 days.  

In the junior silver exploration category, NEI is definitely worth a closer look.
