Greece’s two largest pro-bailout parties appear to be winning enough seats to forge a parliamentary majority.

This should ease concern regarding Europe’s debt crisis for a few hours or possible days will worsen and crimp global markets.

This is only a stall as problems are the same as yesterday and a broad EU solution still needs to be worked out and with both sides (North and South) in two different worlds this will take a crisis to solve. Markets are beaten down and at this level risk is less.

The MSCI Asia-Pacific (MXAP), is trading at 1.2 times book value, compared with 2.1 times for the S&P 500 and 1.3 times for the Stoxx 600, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. A number below one means companies can be bought for less than value of their assets.
