It's that time of year again. To help us improve our website we hold an Annual Member Survey to get your feedback into the community. Participation is quick and simple as we tried to keep the questions brief. You can find the survey link right in the middle of our Home Page as well as on the Bullboards. We encourage our users to take this short survey to help us understand the changes that will improve the quality of our community and meet your needs.

In addition to the survey, we are pleased to announce some imedate changes to both the free Member areas and paid Subscription services.

Breaking News on the Home Page
 
One of the significant changes we made on our website is bringing our Breaking News articles to home page, making it easier for you  to see the latest info on today's market. Especially for our members who are interested in Natural Resources in Canada, bringing our Breaking News articles to the forefront of our online community is our own way of giving our members what really matters to them. 
 
 
Changes in the Stockstream Subscription Process
 
The Stockstream shopping cart process has changed slightly. Any changes made to your subscription will be effective immediately.
 
Please note that as per our subscription policy, if a user subscribes mid-month, he will be billed the amount for the whole month as this limitation is imposed by the exchanges that do not allow partial months of service (no proration). 
 
Exchange Agreements for Stockstream Subscribers
 
We have also updated the exchange agreement process for Stockstream subscribers. Previously you were required to navigate to the web portfolio to sign them and sometimes members missed this step when adding new services to the subscription. Now you will be automatically asked to sign any outstanding agreements when you launch the Stockstream program.
 
Other Changes:
 
  • We fixed the bug that kept users from directly entering (or linkking to) blogs by URL.
  • Also, the Horizons Beta Pro $10,000 contest has closed.
