We have some exciting updates for Ticker Trax subscribers and their access to the archived issues and subscription details. In the past the Ticker Trax archives were on a separate website from Stockhouse. We have heard from many members that it was confusing for them to login with two separate services. We also heard from many that the service was very slow, sometime so much so that members were not able to login.

To remedy this we have integrated your Ticker Trax subscription with the rest of your Stockhouse service. You can now access all of your Ticker Trax services while logged into Stockhouse.com

As you can see from the picture you can access the archives or manage your subscription. Yes you can now self manage your subscription without contacting support. These items only show up if you are logged into Stockhouse with the account associated to the subscription. Members who have not subscribed to this premium service will only see the signup pages if they click on Ticker Trax in the menu.

We will be emailing everyone customized login instructions however if you are in a rush you can use the Stockhouse password recovery tool to recover your login details. This works for all Ticker Trax accounts and will email you both your password and login name. Just ensure you use the same email address that you already receive the news letter at.
