Newstrike Capital, poised to go much higher

Newstrike - NES is poised to go much higher this Fall with the recent discoveries at it's Ana Paula project in Mexico.  NES' address is the Guerrero Gold Belt where it is the largest land holder with a whopping 88,000 + hectares.

Southwest of NES lies Torex Gold as well as Goldcorp's Los Filos deposit which produces 300,000 oz au + per year at under $450 cash costs with much lower grades and without the silver grades NES has to compliment their gold.

Ventana's take-out assuming 3.8 Moz gold eq~ for their silver addition to La Bodega was a take-out of $400 / oz roughly at $1.5 billion buy-out price by Batista.

In my opinion NES drills are on par with Ventana's but maybe a little bit lower given the low grade bulk tonnage which surrounds the breccia at Ana Paula.  NES breccia is easily on par if simply compared with Ventana's La Mascota and La Bodega Zones.

Ventana Best Holes
1. 106.45 m @ 7.81 g/t au = 825 grams
2. 112 m @ 3 g/t au = 336 grams
3. 80.9 m @ 8.62 g/t au = 697 grams
4. 27.4 m @ 17.44 g/t au = 477 grams
5. 33.4 m @ 16.8 g/t au = 561 grams
6. 1.9 m @ 541.8 g/t au = 1029 grams
7. 84 m @ 13.66 g/t au = 1147 grams
8. 110 m @ 4.8 g/t au = 528 grams
9. 60 m @ 10.1 g/t au = 606 grams

High: 1147 grams
Low: 336 grams

Mean: 689 grams per hole

This was also 2 years of discoveries not NES' 8 months so far.

Newstrike Best Holes

1. 316.95 m @ 5.8 g/t au = 1838 grams
2. 113 m @ 2.51 g/t au = 284 grams
3. 282 m @ 1.4 g/t au = 395 grams
4. 214 @ 3.00 g/t au = 642 grams
5. 190 m @ 3.52 g/t au = 669 grams
6. 116 m @ 4.71 g/t au = 546 grams
7. 52 m @ 6.9 g/t au = 359 grams
8. 275 m @ 1.43 g/t au = 393 grams
9. 259 m @ 2.57 g/t au = 666 grams

High: 1838 grams
Low: 284 grams

Mean: 644 grams per hole

Based on Ventana's buy-out price per oz and Newstrike delineating 4 Moz at Ana Paula, NES
would be valued at approximately $15.00 a share or $1.6 billion. It's still very early but the holes so far are
extremely encouraging and seem to indicate a massive discovery on the GGB. Given the same management
that sold TXG is now looking after delineating Ana Paula it seems quite probable they will uncover another gem.

Based on the average for high-grade explorers of which NES sits close to the top bracket, we would be valued at
$5.09 a share or $560 million.

To put things in perspective Richfield Ventures was bought out earlier this year with 4 Moz
@ 1.0 g/t au in B.C. for $500 million dollars, still $150 million dollars away from NES' valuation.
Ventana was also bought out by Batista for $1.5 billion with gold trading at $1,300 / oz, not testing
$1,800 / oz.

Management was also responsible for the Torex Gold find in which they sold and plans to sell
Ana Paula as well if they get the right price.

With only 110 M shares fully diluted and over $15 M in cash, NES is in a great position to delineate
a massive deposit at Ana Paula and not suffer fromd dilution like so other majors. The Lundin's
also hold 30% of NES shares through Lorito and Zebra holdings and have not sold on the last run-up.

Do your DD.
