Cliffmont Resources Ltd., over the past several months, has been reviewing a number of prospective property acquisitions throughout Latin America. The company has determined that it will focus on prospective acquisitions in Colombia. The company has established a base of operations in Colombia and has retained key staff members for administration and exploration activities. In this regard, the company has identified a property to focus efforts on and has signed an exclusivity agreement on a prospective precious and base metals project located in Colombia. The company has initiated technical and legal due diligence on the property.
