If you look at the data on this drug and the amazing potential it has to help with diabetics across the world... it seems like a sure thing. The biggest thing with this drug is that it comes in an easy to use inhaler that can be used anywhere at anytime, and acts much like the real human insulin produced by the pancreas. Unlike a needle... which to be honest is not the safest way, even if used properly. I have done extensive research on this stock and the drug, and analyzed the effect it will have once it hits the market.... trading at a low $3.06 a share right now, watch for a steady rise as more people become aware of this amazing product... at a conference tuesday MannKind released that the FDA is pushing to have product available for children all the way down to 4 years old.

So after some extensive research, the main reason the 2nd approval from FDA was declined was because MNKD switched to a new more, reliable and longer lasting inhaler. Sorry got cut off.... so this being said with being a treatment warrented for children, I beleive would be something the FDA will be trying to push through as soon as possible.
