Its not going to be long before Inflation kicks in, interest rates are at record lows. What happens when the 5 year fixed mortgage rate you just got at 3.89% is 6.00% come renewal time? When do the 6 million plus workers get a great paying job again, and when can the qualify for a loan or mortgage? The US has been under water for some time and its not going to be a shock to me to see gold jump 40.00-50.00 an oz in the future.
