Hello, I am by no means an analyst, but have been learning a few things along the way, especially these trying past 8 months. I have no formal training in economics or trading, but do posses and BSc and MSc in geology and currently am working on my PhD, also in that field. The title of this blog refers to kimberlite indicator minerals (K.I.M.), which are dear to my heart as my focus of study is regarding diamonds, kimberlites, and their associated minerals. Aside from diamond companies, I also follow, and sometimes own a number of stocks in the precious metals, base metals, ferrous metals, gem, oil, and natural gas sectors. The aim of this blog is to reflect on the news and science regarding companies in these areas and there mineral deposits. Metalex Ventures Ltd. reported recovery of 800+ relatively coarse (0.425-0.85 mm) diamonds in part of a RC drill sample from the T1 kimberlite in the James Bay lowlands.
