Today was a slow news day. The big scoop was William and Kate flying commercial (monarchies are in a sorry state if they can't fly private). It also happened to be an incredibly slow day for the resource financing market.

There were two deal openings with expected proceeds of $3.4 million and four deal closings with gross proceeds of $28.2 million. One private placement was updated.

BCGold Corp. (TSX-V:BCG) opened a $2.4 million private placement on a best efforts basis. Each unit includes a 1/2 warrant that expires in 12 months.

International Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:ILC) opened a $1 million private placement on a best efforts basis. Each unit includes a 1/2 warrant that expires in 24 months.
