Another example of poor turnaround service from RBC Direct Investing
I put an order in at 10:01
I got pending status for 7 minutes
The order was placed at 10:08
but the stock price had shot up
The stock is AGQ.V
I lost out again
I pay close to $7,000 a year in commissions
I'm the sucker keeping your slowpokes in the back room employed.
You should take the words "Direct Investing" out of your name and say "back room approval first investing"
Or at least warn your clients/online traders this is not a service for active/hyper traders
