Hardly any other segment offers similar chances for multiplying your investment as the resource sector, in particular the one for junior exploration companies. Given that the discovery and economic development of new deposits is becoming more and more difficult even the simple substitution of yearly production is highly unlikely. Therefore it is only consequent that those companies that do discover new economic deposits regularly see an enormous increase in value. Therefore a major focus has to be put on quality, especially on a competent, experienced and serious management in the exploration company. The over-arching importance of the quality is documented by the fact that more than 90% of all exploration companies and even more than 95+% of all individual projects never achieve commercial and economic production, thus will only waste the investor’s time and money. The goal is to find the remaining 1-5% of the best and most qualitative + robust stories to win in the long term..
