Here is something to ponder if this stockpile is indeed 50,000,000 tons at a grade of 0.9 grams/ton:
50,000,000 tons x 0.9grams gold/ton = 45,000,000 millions grams of gold (in the stockpile alone)
Since 1 gram = 0.0352739619 ounces
Then 45,000,000 grams gold x 0.0352739619 ounces / gram of gold =1,587,328 ounces of Gold contained in the stockpile
This is only talking about the stockpile.....even if you cut our grade in half you are still left with over 750,000 ounces of gold. What is the real number? We will soon find out. To me this is unbelievable considering the stockpile is just a bonus to this company. If you say that production costs are ridiculously high for this stock pile( as in $600 an ounce) then we are still looking at 1,587,328ounces x $1000/ounce = $1,587,328,000
A 1.5Billion dollar valuation for a bonus stockpile is unbelievable. We are talking about ore that is ready to be processed so the cost would be much lower than $600/ounce but its good to be conservative. Scary that this is conservative haha. Oh ya and did I meantion i haven't even talked about the Omai pits, White creek, Tiger River and any other lands surrounding the Omai that is sounds like we may be adding soon. Its gonna be a goooooood summer here.
