 Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite
 in New York City's Times Square.

 In honor of the occasion, Juan Pablo Cordoba, Chief Executive Officer
 of Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, will preside over the The NASDAQ
 Stock Market Opening Bell.

 In the week of September 1, 2008, The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and BVC
 achieved a significant milestone with the launch of BVC's new market
 for derivatives, based on a trading engine provided by NASDAQ OMX.
 BVC went live with a cash equities market on February 9, 2009 which
 also uses NASDAQ OMX technology. The new trading platform is part of
