The Board of CryptoLogic Limited (TSX: CRY)(TSX: CXY)(NASDAQ: CRYP)(LSE: CRP), announces that due to the unexpected death today of the father of Brian Hadfield, CEO, the release of the third quarter results will be delayed by approximately one week.

The results release and conference call were originally scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The new date for the results will be announced shortly.
