Top Bullboards post:
"Look at AuEx who is in the process of being bought out at nearly $6.00 a share. Both have good share structure, multiple projects optioned, a new discovery being drilled out etc. etc. There are differences between the 2 companies but there are also many similarities and it provides a good window as to where Almaden can be very very soon if drilling proves successful in Mexico on their recent discovery. With drilling on Caballo Blanco by their partner on that property, drilling on the new discovery and the drilling and PEA I would say the anticipation of what could come quickly makes this an attractive speculation even at these valuations. Keep in mind they are well cashed up. Have mill equipment in storage at their ELK project, own their own drilling equipment in Mexico etc. etc. So I would say there is plenty of "traceable" news if you're willing to trace it back a few weeks, read their filings and then look forward a few weeks to what "might be."
